Mike Dennison
Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Dennison joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX) in August 2018 as President, Powered Vehicles Group, and he was named Chief Executive Officer in June 2019. Prior to FOX he most recently was President and Chief Marketing Officer for Flex Ltd. (NASDAQ:FLEX) and has served as a director on FOX’s Board of Directors since February 2018. While at Flex Ltd. Mr. Dennison served in a number of leadership roles, from leading the procurement and global supply chain organizations for the company to serving as Senior Vice President of Business Management for both the High-Velocity Solutions group and the Mobile and Consumer Segment. Prior to joining Flex Ltd. he was the Regional Director at Arrow Electronics, based in New York. Mr. Dennison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal arts from Oregon State University in 1989.
Wesley (Wes) Allinger
Executive Vice President, Specialty Sports Group, Cycling Division
Wes Allinger is Executive Vice President, Specialty Sports Group, Cycling Division for Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX), a position he has held since April 2018. Prior to this role he was the company’s Vice President & General Manager, Bicycle from 2014 to 2018, General Manager for the company’s powersports division from 2007 to 2013, and Engineering Manager for FOX’s powersports division from 2001 to 2007. Prior to joining FOX Mr. Allinger served in various engineering capacities including Director of Engineering at RockShox from 1997 to 2001, and as an engineer at General Motors from 1989 to 1997 that included work associated with vehicle ride and handling and interior acoustics, and he spent two years working for a structural consulting firm in Warren, Mich. Mr. Allinger earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Oakland University, Rochester, Mich. in 1988.
David Haugen
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
David Haugen joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX) in November 2007 as the company’s Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to joining FOX, Mr. Haugen was an attorney with a private practice law firm. Before his law firm tenure, Mr. Haugen was in-house patent counsel for Weatherford International (NYSE: WFT), and prior to this he served in various research engineering roles, including positions with Aerojet Rocketdyne, Halliburton, and Baker Hughes, and he is an inventor or co-inventor of over 250 patents and patent applications worldwide. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University in 1981, and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Marymount University in 1995.
Dale A. Silvia
Chief Human Resources Officer
Dale A. Silvia joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX) in July 2013 as the company’s Vice President, Human Resources and was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in May 2015. Prior to joining FOX Mr. Silvia served jointly as the Director of Retail Sales and as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center (GEHC), a multi-use history, cultural, heritage, and environmental partnership. Before joining GEHC he was the Director Human Resources Operations for Cisco Systems, the global leader in IT infrastructure and services. Mr. Silvia joined Cisco Systems via the 2006 acquisition of Scientific-Atlanta, a Georgia-based manufacturer of cable television, telecommunications, and broadband equipment where he served in various roles during his 13-year tenure with the company, including Vice President, Human Resources for the Service Provider Video Technology Group. Prior to Cisco, he held a variety of management roles for Frito-Lay Inc. and Volvo GM Heavy Truck Corp. Mr. Silvia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and a Master of Science degree in human resources management & industrial relations from the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business in 1982 and 1987, respectively.
Chris Tutton
President, Specialty Sports Group
Chris Tutton joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX) in April 2018 as President, Sports Specialty Group. Prior to this he was President, Race Face & Easton Cycling from 2014 to 2018 after FOX acquired both Race Face Performance Products and Easton Cycling to form RFE Holdings Corp., a wholly-owned FOX subsidiary. From 2011 to 2014 Mr. Tutton restarted the Race Face brand by founding a new company under the Race Face Performance Products name. He remained in the dual role as President of Race Face and Director of OEM sales at Easton Bell Sports (EBS) until purchasing Easton Cycling from EBS in 2013. Mr. Tutton started his career in the cycling industry at Rocky Mountain Bicycles and Race Face Components in 1994, working his way through various levels of increasing responsibility at Race Face to become the Vice President through 2008.
Richard Winters
President, Powered Vehicles Group
Richard Winters joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX) in October 2018 as Executive Vice President, Powered Vehicles Group and was named President, Powered Vehicles Group in June 2019. He most recently was Senior Vice President Consumer Technology Group at Flex Ltd. (NASDAQ:FLEX). While at Flex Ltd. Mr. Winters also held roles as Senior Vice President Consumer Business Unit and Senior Vice President Consumer Design Engineering and Operations. Prior to joining Flex Ltd. he was Vice President of Global Operations for Sierra Wireless, a leader in WiFi interconnect modules serving B2B and automotive industries. Mr. Winters also served as Vice President of Operations at Ericsson for the CDMA division and Senior Director of Operations at Qualcomm. Mr. Winters earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Regis University, Denver and an Executive Business degree from Stanford University.
Marcus Stallings
Vice President, Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions
Marcus Stallings is Vice President, Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) for FOX Factory Holding Corp. (FOX). Before joining FOX, Mr. Stallings was the Principal of Stallings Capital & Investment LLC from 2011 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, Investments at Healthcare REIT in Toledo, Ohio , and Vice President, Corporate Development at HealthSouth Corp. in Birmingham, Ala. Mr. Stallings also was an Investment Banking Associate at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC from 2003 to 2005, Manager of Acquisitions at Community Health Systems, Inc. from 1999 to 2003, and Senior Financial Analyst at The March Group LLC from 1995 to 1999. During his career prior to FOX, he has successfully executed more than 50 acquisitions and joint ventures across multiple industries. Mr. Stallings is a Certified M&A Advisor, AM&AA, a certification he earned at Pepperdine University, Malibu, Calif., in 2011. He also earned a Master of Business Administration, Finance from Lipscomb University, Nashville, Tenn. in 2000, and a Bachelor of Science, Finance from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, Tenn. in 1992.
