Director and Chief Executive Officer
Larry L. Enterline joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. ("FOX") in March 2011, serving as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, and in June 2013 he was appointed to the company’s board of directors. Prior to joining FOX, Enterline served as Chief Executive Officer of Vulcan Holdings, Inc., a private investment holding and consulting services company he founded. Before founding Vulcan Holdings, Enterline was Chief Executive Officer of COMSYS IT Partners, Inc., an IT staffing and solutions company. In addition, Enterline serves on the board of directors of Concurrent Computer Corporation (NASDAQ: CCUR), a provider of software, hardware and professional services for the video market. Earlier in his career, Enterline served in various management roles, including Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Service Organization at Scientific-Atlanta, Inc., a Georgia-based manufacturer of cable television, telecommunications and broadband equipment. Enterline earned a BSEE in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 1974, and an MBA from Cleveland State University in 1988.
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Zvi Glasman serves as Chief Financial Officer of Fox Factory Holding Corp. ("FOX"), a position he has held since January 2008. Prior to joining FOX, Glasman served as Chief Financial Officer of eyewear supplier Motive Eyewear, Inc. from 2005 until 2008. From 2003 to 2005, Glasman was Chief Financial Officer at Marshall & Swift, a software company focused on providing valuation solutions to the insurance and real estate industries, and earlier in his career, he served as Chief Financial Officer of RealTimeImage Inc. (RTI), an internet infrastructure company providing imaging products and services for the graphic arts and medical communities. An inactive certified public accountant, Glasman earned a BS in Finance from Pennsylvania State University in 1985.
Executive VP, Specialty Sports Group, Cycling Division
Wesley Allinger has as served as Executive Vice President, Specialty Sports Group, Cycling Division since April 2018. Prior to serving in this role, Mr. Allinger served as the Vice President & General Manager, Bicycle from 2014 to 2018, General Manager for the powersports division of the Company from 2007 to 2013 and Engineering Manager for the powersports division of the Company from 2001 to 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Allinger served in various engineering capacities including Director of Engineering at RockShox, a producer of bicycle suspension products, from 1997 to 2001. Mr. Allinger worked as an engineer at General Motors from 1989 to 1997, including work associated with vehicle ride and handling and interior Acoustics. Mr. Allinger spent 2 years working for a structural consulting firm in Warren Michigan. Mr. Allinger earned his Bachelors of Science in Engineering from Oakland University, Rochester Michigan in 1988.
Director and President, Powered Vehicles Group
Mr. Dennison has served as President, Powered Vehicles Group since August 2018. Mr. Dennison was most recently President and Chief Marketing Officer for Flex Ltd. (NASDAQ:FLEX) and has also served as a director on FOX’s Board of Directors since February 2018. While at FLEX, Mr. Dennison served in a number of leadership roles, from leading procurement and global supply chain organizations for the company, to serving as Senior Vice President of Business Management for both the High-Velocity Solutions group, and for the Mobile and Consumer Segment. Prior to joining FLEX, he was the Regional Director at Arrow Electronics, based in New York. Mr. Dennison holds a bachelor's of arts degree in liberal arts from Oregon State University.
Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Mario Galasso has served as Executive Vice President and CTO since June 2016. Mr. Galasso joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (“FOX”) in 2003 as the company’s Vice President and General Manager, Bicycle Division, until being promoted to the position of Corporate Senior Vice President in January 2012. In January 2013, Mr. Galasso was appointed as the company’s Senior Vice President - Business Units until being promoted to President, Business Divisions in February 2014. A long-time racing enthusiast with a strong engineering background, Mr. Galasso has been involved in the vehicle performance space since 1991. Mr. Galasso earned a BSME in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1988.
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
David Haugen joined Fox Factory ("FOX") in November 2007, serving as the company’s Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to joining FOX, Mr. Haugen was an attorney with a private practice law firm. Before his law firm tenure, Mr. Haugen was in-house patent counsel for Weatherford International (“NYSE: WFT). Earlier in his career, Mr. Haugen served in various research engineering roles, including positions with Aerojet Rocketdyne, Halliburton, and Baker Hughes. Mr. Haugen is an inventor or co-inventor of over 250 patents and patent applications worldwide. Mr. Haugen earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1981, and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Marymount University in 1995.
Senior Vice President, Global Operations
Bill Katherman joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. ("FOX") in September 2012, serving as the company’s Project Leader in Taiwan and as Vice President, Supply Chain before being promoted to his current position as Senior Vice President of Global Operations in February, 2014. Prior to joining FOX, Katherman served as Managing Director of Cisco Systems Video Technology where he was responsible for developing the company’s profit and loss accountability for its video technology investments in China. Earlier in his career, Katherman served in a variety of management roles, including Vice President and Managing Director of the Asia Pacific Region for Scientific-Atlanta, Inc., a Georgia-based manufacturer of cable television, telecommunications and broadband equipment. Katherman is a graduate of General Electric’s Financial Management Program and earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 1980.
President, Sport Truck USA (aka ST USA)
Mark Meldrum has served at President of ST USA Holding Corp since October 2016. Prior to his promotion, he acted as the Chief Financial Officer for the subsidiary. Before Sport Truck Inc. was acquired by Fox Factory (“FOX”) in March of 2014, Mark was the CFO and acted as the Internal Trustee for the company’s ESOP for 10 years. Previously, Mark was the minority owner and CFO of a Tier I aluminum die casting business as well as owner/operator of 5 franchise restaurants in Southwest Michigan. He began his career as a commercial loan officer after obtaining his MBA degree in Finance and International Business from Indiana University and undergraduate degrees from Miami University.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Dale A. Silvia joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (“FOX”) in July 2013, as the company’s Vice President, Human Resources until being promoted to his current position of Chief Human Resources Officer in May 2015. Prior to joining FOX, Mr. Silvia served jointly as the Director of Retail Sales and as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Gwinnet Environmental & Heritage Center (“GEHC”), a multi-use, history, cultural, heritage and environmental partnership. Before joining GEHC, Mr. Silvia served as the Director Human Resources
Operations for Cisco Systems, the global leader in IT infrastructure and services. Mr. Silvia joined Cisco Systems via the 2006 acquisition of Scientific-Atlanta, a Georgia-based manufacturer of cable television, telecommunications, and broadband equipment where he served in various roles during his thirteen year tenure with the company including, Vice President, Human Resources for the Service Provider Video Technology Group. Prior to Cisco, Mr. Silvia served in a variety of management roles for Frito-Lay, Inc. and Volvo GM Heavy Truck Corporation. Mr. Silvia earned a BS, Business Management and a MS, Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations from the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business in 1982 and 1987 respectively.
President, Specialty Sports Group
Chris Tutton has served as President, Sports Specialty Group since April 2018. Prior to serving in this role, Mr. Tutton served as President, Race Face & Easton Cycling from 2014 - 2018 after Fox Factory Holding Corp. (“FOX”) acquired both Race Face Performance Products and Easton Cycling to form RFE Holdings Corp, a wholly-owned subsidiary of FOX. Prior to joining the Company from 2011 to 2014, Mr. Tutton restarted the Race Face brand founding a new company under Race Face Performance Products. He remained in the dual role as President of Race Face and Director of OEM sales at Easton Bell Sports (EBS) until purchasing Easton Cycling from EBS in 2013. Mr. Tutton started his career in the cycling industry at Rocky Mountain Bicycles and Race Face Components in 1994 working his way through various levels of increasing responsibility at Race Face to become the Vice President through 2008.
Chief Strategy Officer
Thomas Wittenschlaeger has served as Chief Strategy Officer since June 2018. Prior that he served as President, Powered Vehicles Group from 2017 to 2018 and as Vice President & General Manager, Powered Vehicles group from 2015 to 2017. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wittenschlaeger served as President of NanTronics, Inc. a provider of fiber networks, data centers, cloud computing and associated algorithmic software from 2012 to 2015. From 2011 to 2012, he served as Chairman and CEO of Keyon Communications Holdings, Inc., a provider of rural broadband services within the United States. From 2007 to 2012, he served on the board of directors of Lantronix, a leading global provider of IoT technologies and products, including in the capacity of Chairman of the Board. From 2004 to 2011, Mr. Wittenschlaeger served as Chairman & CEO of Raptor Networks Technology, Inc. which was engaged in the core network switching and fabric computing industry. Mr. Wittenschlaeger has also held various executive-level positions across multiple industries, including 16 years at the Hughes Aircraft Company. Mr. Wittenschlaeger graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1979 with a BS in Electrical Engineering, is a graduate of the Executive Program in Management at UCLA and served in the U.S. Navy in nuclear submarines from 1979 to 1984.
