Mr. Dennison joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX) in August 2018 as President, Powered Vehicles Group, and he was named Chief Executive Officer in June 2019. He has been a member of FOX’s Board of Directors since February 2018. In addition to his current responsibilities, Mr. Dennison has extended his leadership to Solo Brands as a board member since 2022 and presides over the K&N Filters Board as Chairman since 2024. His tenure at FOX was preceded by a significant stint as President and Chief Marketing Officer for Flex Ltd. (NASDAQ:FLEX). While at Flex Ltd., Mr. Dennison served in a number of leadership roles, spearheading the procurement and global supply chain divisions, as well as serving as Senior Vice President of Business Management for both the High-Velocity Solutions group and the Mobile and Consumer Segment. Before his impactful association with Flex Ltd., he served as Regional Director at Arrow Electronics in New York. Mr. Dennison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal arts from Oregon State University in 1989.
Mr. Schemm joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX) in June 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 25 years of experience in finance, with a deep skill set that includes financial risk management, controllership, global financial planning and analysis, treasury, audit, capital allocation strategies, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Schemm served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Trex for the last three years and was the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Commercial Lead, Joint Compound Division at Continental Building Products from 2015-2020. Mr. Schemm graduated with an MBA degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
Mr. Merchant joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX) as its first Chief Legal Officer and Secretary in April 2021. Mr. Merchant was also appointed as FOX’s Chief Compliance Officer in August 2021. Prior to joining FOX, Mr. Merchant was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel to McKenna & Associates, LLC, a boutique advisory firm that manages its own proprietary capital. Before that, Mr. Merchant was a partner at Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP where he was a member of the firm’s global Corporate and Financial Services practice groups from October 2006 until November 2019. Prior to Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, Mr. Merchant was an associate at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in the firm’s corporate practice group. Mr. Merchant has over 16 years of experience working with public and private companies on a variety of matters ranging from corporate governance, securities matters, and company-specific issues, to leading domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Mr. Merchant graduated with a B.S. degree from Cornell University and earned his Juris Doctor at Case Western Reserve University where he graduated cum laude.
Mr. Enick joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX) in May 2023 as its first Chief Accounting Officer. He oversees financial stewardship and strategic vision for capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and audits, ensuring FOX’s financial health and growth. Mr. Enick brings over 17 years of experience to the company. Prior to joining Fox and beginning in 2019, Mr. Enick was Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Carters Inc (NASDAQ – CRI) and held various accounting and finance positions at Novelis (NYSE – NVL) beginning in 2012 and Ernst & Young prior to that. Mr. Enick is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is the Advisory Chair to the Atlanta Chapter of the SEC Professionals Group and Board Member of the March of Dimes Atlanta Chapter. Mr. Enick earned both a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Master Degree in Accountancy from Wake Forest University.
Ms. Wong joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX) in 2019 as Director of HR for Specialty Sports Group, then promoted to Senior Director in 2020, Vice President in 2022, as the interim CHRO in early 2023 before becoming the CHRO in Aug 2023. With over 20 years of experience, she has a breadth of knowledge leading talent management and people operations across multiple industries. She has been instrumental the growth of the company in recent years with the workforce changing and spanning multiple regions around the world. Prior to FOX, she was the Vice President of People & Culture for Indochino and was a consultant for an HR consulting company. Ms. Wong earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser
Mr. Tutton joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX) in April 2018 as President, Sports Specialty Group. Prior to this he was President, Race Face & Easton Cycling from 2014 to 2018 after FOX acquired both Race Face Performance Products and Easton Cycling to form RFE Holding (Canada) Corp., a wholly-owned FOX subsidiary. From 2011 to 2014 Mr. Tutton restarted the Race Face brand by founding a new company under the Race Face Performance Products name. He remained in the dual role as President of Race Face and Director of OEM sales at Easton Bell Sports (EBS) until purchasing Easton Cycling from EBS in 2013. Mr. Tutton started his career in the cycling industry at Rocky Mountain Bicycles and Race Face Components in 1994, working his way through various levels of increasing responsibility at Race Face to become the Vice President through 2008.
Mr. Stecher joined Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOX) in November of 2017 as Chief Information Officer. In August 2022 he was appointed President of PVG Operations and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining FOX, Mr. Stecher served in various management capacities including Chief Information Officer for WestRock and its predecessor company Rock-Tenn Company from 2008 to 2017. Previously, Mr. Stecher held various technology and management roles with Rock-Tenn Company, Georgia Pacific Corporation, and Cox Communications Inc. Mr. Stecher earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of West Florida and a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
